Happy New Year! I am in a flurry of activities here as I prepare for the first anniversary coming up in April. I want to thank you for taking these precious moments to read my little blog and keep tabs on this new little studio in the Lyn/Lake area of Minneapolis. A little gathering is planned for early February and invites are going to be in the mail soon so keep your eyes peeled for those by next week. I’m in the midst of getting some Save The Date postcards printed which I’m extremely proud of.. not only for the design elements but for the fact that I’m using a matte varnish which I had very little resources to educate myself using it on an antique press. Well, it’s fantastic and I think my friend Linda at ThinkDesign Group will agree as we did her gift tags and postcards using this varnish and they look just amazing. I will post some images of this project as well. A new web site will also launch in early February as it is about time. More news soon. Think Babushka!
